Welcome to Tonus BodyworksNY. By accessing or booking services through our website or in person, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Services
We provide professional massage therapy services tailored to each client’s needs. All services are by appointment only and subject to therapist availability.
Payment & Cancellation
 

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

• No-shows may be charged the full session rate.

Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health information prior to receiving massage services. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or medically inappropriate.

Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is required at all times. Any inappropriate or abusive conduct will result in immediate termination of service and may result in being barred from future appointments.

Liability
Tonus BodyworksNY and its therapists are not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, or failure to follow recommendations or aftercare instructions.
